Co-organized and hosted by our friends Ana, Ghalani, and Aisha, this playful community gathering is for encouraging wondrous spontaneity in flowing along with live music, somatic meditation, dance, and collaborative music-making. Through improvisation and interactive participation, it is an invitation to play and awaken that mind-body-spirit connection with joy in community. Wear yr cozy clothes and bring an instrument!
Our only hopes this evening are to spark some communal creativity and encourage expressive freedom, weaving together multi-dimensional practices to create a space where everyone can feel safe to explore. Whether you're dancing, meditating, or making music, this gathering is all about collective celebration and creation.

The Growth Eternal is a spiritual, afro-surrealist bass & vocoder music project. Tulsa, Oklahoma native Ghalani started the project in 2018, disillusioned with academia while trying to connect with his ancestral lineage through a Jazz Bass degree. Their music textures take you on an emotional journey, using sound as medicine by weaving through genres in a way that feels grounded and refreshingly innovative at the same time.
