Friends! Join us within the reimagined LA Equestrian Center as we step inside of a monumental work of art that merges mythic pageantry, cutting-edge technology, and breathtaking performance.

In an era defined by disconnection and cultural upheaval, The Cortège offers a rare shared space for solace, celebration, and renewal. Amid a rapidly expiring culture and scarcity of shared meaning, this gathering serves as a container for collective and individual grief. Via ceremonious procession, The Cortège mourns the fate of the modern era, invites a reckoning with the New Gods of Perplexity, and shepherds souls toward what lies beyond the veil.

Living Earth is honored to co-present four nights of improvisatory and ecstatic live performance in the Beyond, the trail marker for the completion of your night’s journey, a sacred container for release and reintegration where the emotional catharsis of the procession finds resolution. On Friday night we are blessed with a performance from Low Leaf, transforming grief into sacred ceremony through ancestral wisdom. Together, we seek to alchemize grief into sacred connection, transforming individual sorrow into collective healing.

Low Leaf approaches her performance in The Cortège's Beyond as a profound ceremonial offering, recognizing that grief itself is a privilege when so many lack the capacity, space, or luxury to fully mourn while survival remains uncertain.

Through her signature blend of ethereal vocals, live looping, and ambient harp textures, Low Leaf will alchemize collective sorrow into transformative musical ceremony, honoring both her Filipino ancestors and the indigenous ancestors of the land where this ritual takes place.

Understanding that ceremony activates a portal where ordinary time and space are transcended, she creates a sacred liminal bridge from the world we once knew into Earth's organic timeline, using her instruments as ceremonial tools to guide participants through this profound transition.
