Join us on the Spring Equinox in an ecological ritual to move in alignment with the rhythms of nature.
Ecological artist, herbalist and plant dreamer Paige Emery will guide us through Earthly teachings about working with plants and a tea ceremony and ritual with plants of Spring to sow seeds and blossom into a new era.
The Spring Equinox is a significant time for harmony and transformation - it's the astrological new year, a time when day and night are in perfect balance across the Northern and Southern hemispheres, and a time of rebirth and renewal within the cycles of the Earth.
As we, too, are part of the cycles of nature, honoring this time through ritual helps foster the conditions for personal and collective transformation.
This evening’s ritual will be held on public lands within the Los Feliz side of Griffith Park.
Please bring a flashlight, a blanket, water, and anything that you need to feel comfortable.
A pin drop will be shared upon RSVP, and we ask that you arrive early to account for the hike to our gathering.
Paige Emery is an ecological artist, herbalist and plant dreamer exploring rituals of remembering the Earth. Her work interweaves healing arts, ecopoetics and environmental praxis to serve as a bridge for ecological consciousness. Paige’s life is dedicated to sharing the medicine of plants and her practice is rooted in reverence for and reciprocity with the Earth.
